Fun time with kids..

Today the kids did not have swimming lessons...My boy did have Baseball practice,,,He started 2 weeks ago..Our Saturdays are a little bit busy..But today instead of swimming lessons the YMCA has Spring outdoor activities...My children had a blast and they came home with a lot of free little presents(coloring books, crayons, stickers)..These little things makes my children so happy and it keeps them busy for one or two days.....I always have my camera handy and take a lot of pictures..

Free fresh spring branches..

It's  springtime and the flowers and trees are beginning to bloom again. I love to look at  pictures of flowers  and  colorful vases. My 2 favorite  bloggers who really take stunning  flowers photos are  and http://madeliefje-madelief.blogspot.com/ and http://warrengrovegarden.blogspot.com/ .I lost myself in their gorgeous gardens and photos.  Today was one of those sunny sunday , I felt like doing nothing. Our dear friend Yagy came to play dolls with my daughter... I  thought it wasn't fair for my kids to stay inside so I took them to  the park, what I really wanted was to cut some spring  branches in our way ...I love the way theses colors look  toguether..

New kitchen stools.

Finally I took the plunge and bought 2 stools from Ballard Design..I love them , my only regret is that I bought the bar stools instead of the counter stools..I have no idea what went wrong. I measured my counter and it was "39" and the description says if its above "38" go for the bar stools...I think i will have to cut the legs a little, let see I have to think about that because it has do be done very professional ...We used them all the time. My husband calls them the horses because they are a little bit too high. In my opinion they were worth the splurge!

Spaghetti and Marshmallow tower

All you need is marshmallows and dried spaghetti and let your children to be creative and use their imagination..

 It can get quite messy with a lot of spaghetti on the floor and the marshmallows leaving sticky residues on tables..Just have a damp cloth handy.

Last Saturday we went to visit my brother in New York, I had already gotten some candies and eggs for my children Sunday egg hunting..We shared the eggs with my two nieces..I wished I had more eggs to hide...The children were so happy...Here are some pictures...
